The Business Meeting agenda is a service dedicated to the buyers participating to our event, offering them the chance to ask for an appointment to the exhibiting companies for a custom meeting, taking place in their booth at the Fair.
It is an opportunity to make your participation to the event more fruitful, optimizing your time and getting in touch with as many global leaders in this field as possible.
Business Meeting Service is managed directly by the ForumClub and ForumPiscine Organization, through a calendar (customized for each company), containing the appointments requested by the buyers, and scheduled in the 12 am to 1 pm and 2 pm to 4 pm time slots, during the three days of the event.
Scheduling a meeting is easy, you just have to follow these four steps:
- Check the exhibitors list in the Expo section
- Find the company (or companies) you want to involve
- Book your custom meeting by filling the dedicated form; if you are interested in meeting more than one company, you have to fill the form multiple times
- Wait for the Organization to confirm your appointment.
We also remind you that, being the B2B Agenda reserved solely to the request from buyers of the event business sectors, REQUESTS COMING FROM DIFFERENT KINDS OF VISITORS ARE NOT GOING TO BE ACCEPTED.
