Engineer, member of the Scientific Committee of ForumPiscine

Graduated with honors in Chemical Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Turin, specializing in systems engineering. Since 1993, he has been a member of the GL11/CT020 "Swimming Pools" working group at UNI, representing Assopiscine (Italian National Association of Swimming Pools) between 2011 and 2023, and coordinator of the group. This group was responsible for the development and subsequent revisions of the UNI 10637 standard "Requirements for swimming pool water circulation, treatment, disinfection, and quality systems," published in 1997 and last revised in 2016.

Between 1999 and 2003, he was a member of the technical committee of ASSOPISCINE, the Italian Association of Swimming Pool Manufacturers, for the drafting of the swimming pool technical manual, of the European working group for the drafting of a European Standard for swimming pools, and for the establishment of the European Association EUSA (European Union of Swimming Pool and Spa Associations). He is a member of the ASSOPISCINE board of directors, serving first as vice president and then as president between 2012 and 2016. He is a member of the Scientific Committee of ForumPiscine. He is the administrator and technical director of ITALPOOL s.r.l.
