Director of FIRE, the Italian Federation for the Rational Use of Energy

A mechanical engineering graduate, he has been working on energy and renewable energy issues since 1998. Since 2000, he has collaborated with FIRE, the Italian Federation for the Rational Use of Energy, where he served as a member of the Board of Directors and has been Director since 2007.

He is responsible for institutional relations and major projects, as well as the design and management of various initiatives aimed at promoting the rational use of energy, monitoring energy market trends, and identifying issues faced by end users related to energy use.

Over the years, he has provided consulting services regarding white certificates, energy service contracts, cogeneration, ESCOs, and electricity supplies, collaborating with leading national players. He has coordinated working groups on cogeneration, legislation and incentives, and power quality.
