Born in Florence in 1963, he is a Chartered Accountant and Auditor in Prato. In his professional activity, he specialised in sports law and taxation of amateur sports bodies. A publicist journalist enrolled in the Florence Register since 1991, he collaborates on a regular basis with sports magazines in the form of tax advice columns. Collaborator of the FIN Technical Education Sector, participates as a lecturer in training and refresher courses. Member of the Fiscal Commission of the Italian Swimming Federation.
