Microbiological chemical technician, Coordinator of the UNI GL11/CT020 “Swimming Pools” working group

A microbiological chemical technician, he began his career in quality control and technological development laboratories in the food and then industrial sectors, working with steel and paper. Since 1996, he has been working at CHIMIGIEN, a company operating in the field of chemical products for swimming pool water treatment, where he oversees the commercial and technical sectors, supporting the company in regulatory, technical, and product safety compliance. Since 2001, he has been a consultant for the safety of road transport of dangerous goods (ADR).

He is a member of the Technical Commission of ASSOPISCINE, the Italian Association of Swimming Pool Manufacturers, of which he was also coordinator. Since 2013, he has been a member of the GL11/CT020 “Swimming Pools” working group at UNI and, in May 2024, he was appointed coordinator of the same.
