Information on Data treatment based on D.Lgs. n. 196/2003

In the sense of D.Lgs. 196/2003, relative to the protection of people and other subjects regarding the treatment of personal data, we’d like to inform everyone that the data gathered regarding the User will be utilized in respect to the correct principles, lawfulness and transparency protecting your confidentiality and rights.

In the sense of art.13 of the above mentioned decree we inform that the treatment of Data provided by the User, at the moment of sending the contact form, will be automatically archived in the informatic system of Editrice Il Campo and will be utilized only for the purpose connected to the allocation and management of services offered by the network “ilcampo.net”. We inform also that only with approval by the User, it will be possible to send the following by network information: commercial information (also third party advertisers), updated content present on the network, revelation of the quality of Services and research of statistic nature.

The Data provided will never be in any way communicated to third party companies for any finality with the exception of public bodies or private in order to fulfill the commitment made by law. The assignment of Data is optional. Nevertheless missing areas of data indicated as “obligatory” determine the impossibility for Editrice Il Campo, owner of the Sport Industry Directory™ site, to fulfill or respond to eventual requests.

In the sense of art. 7, we inform Users that they have the right to: know at any moment what their personal data in our possession is and how it’s being used, have it updated, integrated, corrected or oppose its treatment.
The cancellation of consent to data treatment will involve the immediate cancellation of the eventual enrollment at ilcampo.net with relative interruption of the allocation of services.
Such rights can be exercised utilizing the special service present in the network or by contacting directly the person responsible for treatment.
