General Secreatry of FIN since 2002. Director of CONI Services SPA, he’s been in charge of the General Affairs sector and the Taxation Law Service since 1994. Taxation Law Consultant of Sport Associations and, in addition, Member of the Financial Committee of ILS (International Living Saving).

He’s member of the Technical-Consulting Committee of the Master in Economy and Management of Sport at the Department of Economy at the University “Tor Vergata” in Rome.

Co-author of some publications, including the first edition of “Gestire una piscina” (Managing a pool) published by Edirice Il Campo.
